Chinese Embassy in Hungary Hosts Reception to Celebrate 74th Anniversary of China-Hungary Diplomatic Relations

On September 29, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Hungary hosted a grand reception to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 74th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Hungary. The event was attended by Chinese Ambassador to Hungary Gong Tao, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, and other distinguished guests. Mr. Jiao Chao, President of CEECSTE, was invited to attend.

 Ambassador Gong Tao delivered a speech, highlighting the remarkable achievements of the People’s Republic of China over the past 74 years, and emphasised the deepening cooperation and growing friendship between China and Hungary in various fields. Mr. Jiao Chao shared the progress of cooperation between the two countries in technology, economy, and culture, expressing his hopes for further strengthening collaboration and development in the future.
